English & Maths Functional Skills
Functional Skills will help you with your everyday needs whether in the workplace or at home. The focus is on practical applications, relevant to your level.
On a FS English course you may, for example, learn how to write or answer an email, learn how to prepare for and do a job interview, discuss the news or use a cash machine.
On a FS math course you may learn how to calculate the amount of paint you need to apply for two coats on a living room wall and ceiling or how to calculate percentages on a credit card repayment.
Functional Skills courses are always based on real life needs and can be adapted to your needs.
